Pros

Ability for advancement for those who work hard and are college degreed. Great culture base, but does depend based on store leaderships influence. Fairness and consistency. Clear and concise communication from headquarters teams. Good communication from District and group level teams. Clear and open expecations for every position.

Cons

Ability to manage work life balance. Recognition is not always consistent from senior leadership. It is stressed at the store level, almost force fed, but not always received in such a manner. Employee morale is generally good from store to store, but can be inconsistent depending on the leadership at each store.

Pros

If you are looking for a job that you’ll be a part of a fun team environment, have the ability to learn all about customer “guest” service, retail operations and sales, as well as merchandising even at entry level great opportunity. for such a large corporation I have been pleasantly surprised by how tight knit teams are. applying was okay, there were multiple steps (videos, assessments) but overall not too bad)., phone call and then video questions before hiring.

Cons

Pay isn’t great, but for the market it’s fair. Moving up involves a much larger increase in responsibilities and workload relative to the pay increase.
