Pros
Great culture and they develop you as a leader! They will give you a lot of responsibility and force you to grow outside your comfort areas. If you are looking to grow professionally it is a great place to work. If you are merely wanting to collect a paycheck, it is not the place for you.
Cons
Nothing major, I really love working at Target, they just don't have what I want long-term in the location that I would prefer to live long-term.
