Not good for people who are seeking a more active office culture. At least in tech. On some teams you are forced to be 'hybrid', yet no one cares to show up at the office but you aren't allowed to move out of the state and be fully remote. For other teams, you only meet once a week. As of the last two years, they're a lot tighter on budgets so slow promotions and less flexibility to do certain things.
