Pros

- Very Competent Management. - Freindly Enviorment. - Very Flexible Hours. - Very Transparent about Expectations. - Mangement knows the Team on a personal level. - Great way to learn about Business Best Practices. ^^^^ This all really Depends on your Executive and Store Team Leader

Cons

- Pay!!!! IF YOU'RE GOING TO BE A GSA DO NOT ACCEPT PAY LESS THAN 9.25!!!!!!!! YOU ARE DOING A TEAM LEADS JOB FOR FAR LESS PAY!!!! A GSTL COMPARED TO A GSA MAKES $3-$4 MORE A JOB THAT IS 99% SIMILAR!!!! - People are not treated equally. - Air Conditioner is SET by your DISTRICT!!! if its 50 degrees at a store an hour away from you and if its 85 degrees at your store the AC doesn't come on because its set the same for the whole District (6-10 Stores a District) !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Seriously WTF?!?!?!?! - Seems like the Executives don't really give a [$.hit] unless the DTL (District Team Lead) Decides to swing by the store -If you're planning on working security at target you shouldn't....All Asset Protection hours have been cut by 60% you'll be lucky to get 16 hours a week.
