      > Good environment to work. > Exposure to different skillsets. > Have good domain experts. > Provides platform for knowledge sharing.

      > Lot of internal politics. > Need to improve management skills. > Less compensation, most of the ppl will be marked as average performance even if they excel in work.

      1. difficult to move between projects 2. not good salary/promotions are rare 3. too many processes and approvals for anything 4. dont expect any help with GC
