It is hard to think of 'best' reasons other than it being a stepping stone to better opportunities.
Cons
Worst HR Dept you can imagine. You can expect no response to your emails or phone calls, and this applies to all levels of the organization (not just HR). It is part of the culture. Compensation is much lower than peers, lack of transperancy in performance reviews, quality of management in some organizational units is of surprisingly low standards.
