Pros
There aren't many companies out there that treat their employees as amazing as TeleTracking. Pay is extremely competitive, employees at all levels are bonus eligible, and the benefits are extraordinary. (I have never worked for a company that provides so many employee focused benefits-100% paid the employer.)
I was very fortunate to work for a team that was like family. I can't say enough good things about my manager, and the group of people I had the honor to work with. This was a job and company I was sad to leave!
Cons
The company is growing, and sometimes work/life balance could be a challenge.
