Mission: Our Mission is to ensure that no one will ever have to wait for the care they need.
I have been working at TeleTracking full-time (More than 5 years)
*100% paid healthcare benefits (for yourself, dependants) and very fun wellness program that encourages a healthy lifestyle for employees
*Community partnership program that provides all employees with 8 hours of paid volunteer time, as well as the option for TeleTracking to support your charity of choice via monetary donation
*Mission - anyone who works for this company is inspired by what our solutions can do for our clients. Being able to see first hand our the products are changing the way healthcare is delivered is VERY inspiring
*Privately owned company with a dedicated, passionate and generous leader
*Work life balance is very important and encouraged at TeleTracking - having flexibility to work from home and a generous PTO package make juggling family responsibilities and work easier
*Office space is tight
*Not enough IT/development staff to keep up with growing demand and improvements/upgrade to products
Advice to Management
Never lose the small business mentality and continue to treat your employees with respect and provide us the opportunity to grow within the company and learn new skills!
I applied through other source. I interviewed at TeleTracking (Pittsburgh, PA) in March 2017.
The interview process was incredibly long - I met with 5 different individuals in one day, taking a whole day off from my other job. I didn't hear anything for almost 4 weeks, and even then, it was because I reached out (they were still interviewing).
Then I reached out another 1.5 weeks later to inform Teletracking that I ended up accepting another role with a company that seemed more inline with what I desire in an employer, and that is that they respect my time.
I never received a response to my news, and instead, 2 weeks later finally got a note that they proceeded with another candidate.
Talent is tough to come by today, and while TT moved on with another candidate, I moved on with another company that didn't beat around the bush and was communicative throughout the process.
