Cons
Company is led exclusively by management who 'bonded' together 10 years ago during merger/spin-out/IPO from NCR/AT&T, and if you are not one of 'them' you will not be promoted into a position of authority/management. Very very old guard who protect their secrets and ignorance. They will not listen to change. You are either a member of YesterYear's senior management club, or you are a meaningless resource.
