From a technical stand point Teradata is rich knowledge wise for those who like to learn and grow technically. You get to travel around the world, a positive if you like travelling.
Cons
Salaries are not as competitive as other companies in the same field. For people with more than 10-15 years of experience the hierarchy becomes flat.
