Pros
1. Great training and learning opportunities (Kubernetes, Python, Go) 2. Pay for performance has worked out in my case 3. Great people in the trenches are making things happen
Cons
1. Silos, silos everywhere :(. Lots of meetings but not lots of meaningful communication 2. Teams are (supposedly) agile but products are coming together as high stress, big-bang integration efforts at the end 3. Various HR roll-outs have been rough ("unlimited" vacation, new performance review process)
