Pros
With Teradata, you have opportunities to work virtually, good benefits, a great training program for new and entry-level hires, and a flexible work environment. Teradata is recognized as one of the best companies to work for, and is ecologically and ethically conscious. I like the fact that I have a voice in such a big company, even though I'm low on the totem pole.
Cons
Due to virtual work environment, and that most work from the client site, sometimes you feel "disconnected" from other employees and your management.
