The middle managers I had were terrible. The first was technically competent but had no people skills. The second spewed buzzwords without apparently knowing much about the technologies behind them.
The company doesn't seem to have a clue as to how to make best use of human capital.
I wouldn't plan on a long-term investment in their stock.
Pay seems below industry standards.
