Pros
The best part about the role was a nice laptop because there is not a lot of room for pros. Learned how to work with difficult people.
Cons
Toxic environment, bias, little work-life balance, didn’t feel like I had a voice, inconsiderate manager. Unhealthy culture particularly for women of color during my time there.
