Pros
Flexible work schedule - may work from home. Co-workers are friendly and helpful. Lot's of opportunities to make a real contribution to the product. Job security - it's been a long time since the last layoff and there are always open job reqs.
Cons
Too many processes and procedures. E-mail is abused. Too many requests for help from managers and others reduces time for working on actual features, and may cause some stress.
