Great work-life balance. Takes very good measures for employee's well-being. Probably the best in the industry in terms of taking care of employee's well-being! Flexibility in terms of office or remote or hybrid work, employees are having a choice to choose!
Cons
You barely get chances on working on non-TD products if you want to keep a pace with the market technologies in the relevant area. While the management encourages to learn non-TD products as well (no problems there from the TD management perspective), the actual opportunities to work & get some good experience on such products are very slim. If you want to excel in cloud tech, opportunities to actually work on those are relatively slim. Too much focus on "Teradata training and certifications" than focus on hands-on experience on real projects. Those who are on projects are also chased aggressively for such non-essential trainings etc from project perspective actually creating a distraction for them.
