      Beautiful views, higher end clients, great room for growth

      Cons

      Upper management does not do a great job at taking care of their employees. All the company cares about is making money. They will do whatever it takes to make the next dollar, even if it means not taking care of employees

      In house cafeteria, 2-3 days employee appreciation

      Cons

      Must be available 24/7. also work at least 50+ hours a week plus volunteering for helping other departments and regular mandatory training every few weeks.
