      Beautiful views, higher end clients, great room for growth

      Cons

      Upper management does not do a great job at taking care of their employees. All the company cares about is making money. They will do whatever it takes to make the next dollar, even if it means not taking care of employees

      Pros

      The views are nice from the cliffs for the guests.

      Cons

      Management is horrendous from the top down. No accountability, mix of micromanagers and some completely hands off. Innappropate comments from them- they’re never held to any standards.
