I have been working at Terranea full-time for more than 4 years

      Pros

Beautiful views, higher end clients, great room for growth

      Cons

Upper management does not do a great job at taking care of their employees. All the company cares about is making money. They will do whatever it takes to make the next dollar, even if it means not taking care of employees

      Advice to Management

The better you treat your employees, the better they will treat your guests. Sometimes making monetary sacrifices in order to keep employees and guests happy is worth it in the long run.

        I worked at Terranea full-time

        Pros

Beautiful place to work and great benefits

        Cons

Management is a mess and no one seems to care about actually fixing recurring issues. You are often set up for failure, but no management is willing to admit it and instead just pretend like its the fault of the lowest person on the ladder.

        Pros

        Beautiful resort with stunning views!

        Cons

Management is always in total crisis mood everyday. Upper management and middle management have totally different views how company is being run. A lack of communication is a huge problem!

        Advice to Management

Have meetings actually know whats going on in the departments

I have been working at Terranea full-time for more than a year

        Pros

Terri Haacke is a great leader. She makes it very easy with a program called talk to Terri where you can email her and she'll answer you back. She makes you feel like a valuable asset.

        Cons

Our restaurant goes through to many GM's. I've been there for many years and I've seen many new faces.

        Advice to Management

Let people do their jobs. Terri allows us to seek moments and sometimes management is worried about the bottom line so we miss a moment.
