Tons of micro-management, overloading to burnout, and lack of structure
New leadership is TERRIBLE, unprofessional, and widely inappropriate
The views are nice from the cliffs for the guests.
Cons
Management is horrendous from the top down. No accountability, mix of micromanagers and some completely hands off. Innappropate comments from them- they’re never held to any standards.
