      Pros

      Lots of opportunities.Can build close camaraderie with team members. Ok benefits.

      Cons

      It takes too long to climb the ladder. Constantly picked up the slack of others (higher title than me) who weren’t as competent. Never felt I was ever paid my true worth. Everyone was too busy to do their jobs. Lots of politics and drama. Minimal perks. Hard to deal with the daily frustrations when you never feel you are properly compensated for all your contributions.

      work with good people that work hard

      Cons

      communication is absolutely terrible and the pay is crazy low. They give a one time pay sometimes each year based of stock and its like 600 after taxes. and the most you are going to get in annual raise is about $0.40 cents
