Good work Culture, Break through Oppurtunities , Global player and Good Brand value. Please where lot of knowledge can be gained in short term.
Cons
Tesco HSC Regional Biased. Person specific policies. More of person specific company as i have spent more than 5 years an dmultiple projects however in none of the projects the policies were at all similar.Things would get monotonous and a place to retire rathere than continuous improvement. Highly Mischievous HPDs and Real Irrational people. Anybody who so ever there would must satisfy the HPDs personal interest to survive.
