      Extremely nice work life balance program to alla level of employment Nice environemnt, office, shopfloors and facility in general Very multicultural and world wide In some area is still a big family company, with all the pros that this cana means Many possibilityes of carrer worldwide.

      Suffering to much benchmark of bigger mutlynational company in some area, bringing down the typical culture Bccoming to big and to much process oriented than result driven
