      Pros

      Textnow has a great work/life balance, with mental health days every month and unlimited vacation. Also, every IC that I've worked with is great!

      Cons

      SLT seems completely lost, they preach about empowering the teams, but every decision is made by them, and they change their minds quite often. Now they are doing rally cry, something that they read in a book and imposed on us. Also, there are very few to no career opportunities, your manager doesn't provide guidance nor support on that. 1:1s are often skipped if not cancelled.
