      Pros

      It was remote and that is about it.

      Cons

      I have never met a SLT that is more disingenuous in my life. If SLT tells you something you can be assured that is not true. They go through cycles where they hire and lay off, hire and lay off because they do not understand the value of keeping good employees. If you take a job here you should be in constant fear of losing your job.

      Pros

      Excellent team that is motivated and takes responsibility. Everyone is responsive to questions and others reaching out. Lots of opportunity for growth within the company as well as the company growing itself. You can see the impact that you are making on the app. Leadership, executive and otherwise, knows what they're doing and promotes a transparent culture.

      Cons

      Not much, honestly. I've worked at several places over my career and this stands out as one of my highlights.
