Pros

- Great food, plus a fully stocked kitchen - Great team & opportunities for growth & development - Conscientious team & senior members who provide: constant feedback, trust, awesome extras (like standing desks & personal storage, etc.) - Team & Company events that help you feel like part of the team and have fun at the same time! - Opportunities for growth & development of your job & team. If you have suggestions on how to improve the team, work, system etc. all you need to do is bring that information to your superiors & they will support you and allow you the opportunities to make these improvements - Extras: foosball table, fully stocked kitchen, on location Gym, TV with video game consoles, on tap beer

Cons

- The stress can be overwhelming -- as you grow & get more responsibilities it can be hard to keep up with everything. Although I have had good luck with bringing it up with the supervisors and thankfully they are understanding and willing to work with you on it - The tools need work - we now have an internal tools team, so I know this issue will resolve itself, but currently there are too many tools that need to be touched to accomplish a task. Looking forward to when this gets streamlined.
