      Pros

      Overall the people are amazing. It’s a call center but not the mentality of one. From the managers to the team leads to your coworkers, everyone helps everyone. It is honestly an amazing environment.

      Cons

      The biggest con would be the pay. Do not pay enough for what the CSD deals with.

      All the pros went out the window with new management

      Cons

      -Full return back to office- immediately! - Leadership believes you should be available whenever they want to have a conversation -Zero direction at all times -The culture is what made TCS great, that’s gone now
