      Some can get a little lost in the corporate culture, mainly upper management. (read: cult like)

      All the pros went out the window with new management

      -Full return back to office- immediately! - Leadership believes you should be available whenever they want to have a conversation -Zero direction at all times -The culture is what made TCS great, that’s gone now
