      They take care in choosing who they hire, my co-workers are great to be around for the most part

      Cons

      Like any retailer, the hours fluctuate a lot. (you might have 8hrs one week and 30 the next)

      Their business, benefits and products are all incredible.

      My position did not allow for a healthy work/life balance. I was never "off".

      Decent pay for the most part

      Cons

      No raises, no bonuses, as an IC doing every other department is more important. Lots of forced overtime at the last minute.
