Pros
I have always been treated fairly, listened to, and respected. This comes from all level of management. The compensation and expectation are both high, which is what you expect from a well regarded company
Cons
There is a expectation of when you work in retail. You are giving up holidays, special events, nights, weekends. The is true in all retail and so this is something you have to accept. Retail in the country is not going to go back to the days of being closed on Sundays and open 8 hours a day.
