      A full page ad each year in the New York Times declaring The Container Store's love for their employees.

      Cons

      Terrible communication. Limited hours and uneven scheduling. Poor part time 'benefits'. ZERO chance for promotion and growth. ZERO. You're never going to be doing more than what they hired you for in the first place. No upward mobility. Core values of company are admirable, but all theory and no application.
