The above is a direct quote from Loscar Mejia, the senior manager. They will fire employees of 18 years because they “don’t need them anymore” then suddenly have a need for that position to fill with the new-hire rate. Lies. Managers and Supervisors will lie constantly. The truth will be what happens to be convenient for them at that moment, and any other version didn’t happen at all. They consider a 3.5% raise to be miles above a 3% raise. That’s what you get, yearly. Unless they’ve decided to not do them this year. Or the last. Business is great, unless you’re asking for money, then it’s dark dark times.
