      -good community, love most of my coworkers -40% of merchandise -most full time benefits are also part time benefits

      Cons

      -extremely fast paced -5 am shifts -intense physical labor -mandatory weekend shift -13/hr pay for as intense as the work is and the amount of pressure to perform well -the GM can be pretty unapproachable but she does have a strong work ethic

      Their business, benefits and products are all incredible.

      My position did not allow for a healthy work/life balance. I was never "off".

      Decent pay for the most part

      Cons

      No raises, no bonuses, as an IC doing every other department is more important. Lots of forced overtime at the last minute.
