      Surrounded by amazing, smart people. Feels like family around here. The leadership is great, always encouraging and helping employees grow. The benefits are great and the company is always putting together fun events to keep everyone motivated.

      There isn't much to say when it comes to the cons at this place. People are respected and made to feel like they matter. Training is a big deal and important to the success of the store staff. It is key to understand the impact our products make for our customers

      No raises, no bonuses, as an IC doing every other department is more important. Lots of forced overtime at the last minute.
