HORRIBLE PLACE RUN FAR AWAY!! - Visual Sales The Container Store Employee Review

1. Every single manager I spoke to during interviewing lied to me about the nature of the job. 2. Don't be fooled: "Visual Sales" is a stock position. 3. Extremely physically demanding: unloading truck, literally *running* with overloaded/unsafe carts of boxes to the salesfloor, hours of stooping/crouching while opening & unboxing cartons. 4. Store ignores state labor laws and doesn't allow for ANY breaks until every item is on a shelf, except for managers. 5. Managers don't care if you tell them you are in pain from all of the above.
