      Great starting pay. Positive attitude stressed. Good Training. Employee discount.

      Cons

      Cult-like environment. Do not give breaks consistently. No time off. High stress job. Managers were hard to relate to. Too many mandatory meetings.

      Decent pay for the most part

      Cons

      No raises, no bonuses, as an IC doing every other department is more important. Lots of forced overtime at the last minute.
