      Since the 40% discount no longer applies for many items, Sick leave hours are gone....let me think about this for a moment....

      40% discount has been reduced, no longer have sick leave, questionable leadership - from store level upwards, losing what made TCS successful, beginning to look like a hybrid of BB&B, Crate & Barrel, Pottery Barn and Williams Sonoma...

      Decent pay for the most part

      Cons

      No raises, no bonuses, as an IC doing every other department is more important. Lots of forced overtime at the last minute.
