The CEO has destroyed the company culture. No work-life balance, so if you have a family, you will receive points on a scale of 5 for missing work due to doctor appointments, illnesses, extra curricular activities for children, etc. Employees in higher ranked positions will gossip to and about you. If you have pending diagnosis for serious illness and take FMLA, your manager/ TCS and insurance provider will fail you causing you to lose your job.
