      Great people, not an obscene workload for most if not all positions as many others are willing to help out where needed.

      Cons

      Very little pay increase not by raise but by yearly "merit" increases, and many who've been with the company a long time still have little more that those who've just joined.

      Decent pay for the most part

      Cons

      No raises, no bonuses, as an IC doing every other department is more important. Lots of forced overtime at the last minute.
