Total wrecked management who does not even know or care what is going on on the ground. Management with no empathy. Both top and middle management. CEO only sends email about new people joining mid management. Avoid. This company is heading south. What they care is just profit and increasing value so they can sell the company. This create uncertainty to everyone. No work life balance. Getting leave is very difficult. Thanks to incompetent planning and management dept.
