Pros

Current employee- Definitely a booming business that's rapidly growing. Great coworkers and management. Julie the CEO is very kind and is approachable unlike many other CEO's of companies. Majority of employees will never even meet or know their CEO's, or probably ever get the chance to talk to them. She's really involved and personable. We do get food everyday- which was stated previously that its bad food that they have catered... I didn't know Segovia, Blue Moon, every variety of pizza on the planet, Italian food, bagels, cake and so much more was so bad...? No, it's not bad at all it's actually great! Some companies don't even cater employees food at all.. I enjoy the hours it's a 8:30-5 job so my work/life balance is just right. Because the company is still so young, management likes to hear suggestions from employees which is a plus. The work atmosphere is good- everyone is friendly and I'm actually really satisfied with the company and my position. We also have weekly meetings to update staff on product knowledge and more which is beneficial for educational growth.

Cons

I would say the repetitive tasks that we do daily can definitely get boring. Going to help other departments is sometimes annoying too but it helps improve upon different skills also.

Pros

Pay and commission can be good, but the structure is unnecessarily convoluted and not as generous as it seems, and you will have no work/life balance if you want to actually make consistently high commission. If you have a true passion for luxury and fashion, you do get a lot of opportunities to handle and interact with special/rare items, and depending on store location you can meet a lot of interesting industry people and celebrities, especially during Fashion Weeks

Cons

Poor and unsupportive management with extremely unrealistic demands and expectations; you will get virtually no training, but are immediately expected to know how to do everything. The overall company culture is just unpleasant and very cliquey, and there's constant employee turnover. The online customer service system is terrible, so you will frequently have to handle customer issues that have nothing to do with you/your sales.
