Pros
- Free junk food and since there is a 20 word minimum - This company is a circus, so that's been fun to observe
Cons
This company is constantly patting itself on the back for a job well done, yet how in any sane realm could a company have 100 million in ARR and still be deep deep in the red? The business model isn't scalable. The CEO is extremely nasty unless you work upstairs and partake in the Kool-aid. (Not to mention the fact that ever since TRR took over their Glassdoor account several 5 star reviews with basically identical phrasing e.g. 'hyper-growth' and the like have cropped up, hint hint). This company is full of people who are 'working hard' but what it is that anyone is working on is incredibly difficult to discern. If you don't look busy with your behind in your chair, then others will point to you as someone who isn't a good worker. There is not a 'quality over quantity' culture here. This company is a clever amalgamation of smoke and mirrors and I will say that it is astounding that it hasn't collapsed in on itself like a dying star, although when it does the fallout should be spectacular.
