Pros

The people really are genuinely kind and supportive. Think is really good at hiring nice people and giving people from all different backgrounds a chance. Even though Think is already way better than most places they still put a huge focus on DEI which is great to see.

Cons

Think is really good at presenting a pretty picture up front and then being disappointing. You get told about exciting work and great salary and being a place to learn and grow. Maybe these work out some times for some people but definitely not most of the time for most people. We still doing the same kind of work for the same kind of clients and mostly ones that nobody even wants to be working with. Most people on projects are unhappy with the work they have to do and the money they make. Culture is suffering. Free pizza, shrimp boils, and water bottles isnt fixing it. Encouraging people to come into the office more isnt fixing it. Yoga and wellness calendars isnt fixing it. Managers dont do project work except for advising on some and probably havent in years. Clear gap between people doing project work and managers / leadership. Good luck ever getting promoted too. Eventually even great employees realize theyll be valued way more somewhere else with more opportunity. Maybe Think Company used to be ahead of the curve on things but they aren't anymore

Pros

If only all companies were run like this one. Here are just a few pros: 1- Human-centered, thoughtful, and compassionate leaders 2- A true "remote first" culture that also provides lots of opportunities to interact with colleagues online and in-person (but only if you want to) 3- Challenging work combined with both the freedom to figure things out on your own and the support you need when you can't 4- Lots of opportunities for upskilling and learning 5- The people are the best. This is a diverse workforce where all people are valued. I could go on but you get the picture.

Cons

This isn't really a con, it's more like a warning: You better know your stuff if you work here because (again) the work is challenging and you'll be thrown right into mix with the expectation that you'll swim, not sink. There's lots of support but if you aren't a go-getter who wants to work hard this is probably not the best place for you.

Pros

very smart people. casual culture.

Cons

Be wary. They are basically a staffing agency for Comcast, and pay wages that are below market rates, which is why they still have the contract.
