Think Company interview questions

Extensive but fair. Follow up was poor. Not too many product application questions for a product role. Questions didn’t make sense with the role. Had to wait long periods for responses

Was a phone screen, 2 interviews, and a take home design test. They didn't have the budget worked out for the role they had open, was told an offer was getting worked out, was ghosted and reached back out to months later about a new role.
