Pros

If you scratch the right backs, you can get a permanent position with this company at a fairly good salary. This is very political. But you must stay on your toes, or you will lose out on what you had before.

Cons

I have worked for this company for nearly six years. I've given up many life opportunities and huge amounts of my time to give to this company, and for a while it seemed that they had finally rewarded me by giving me a salaried upper-instructor position. However, this was soon taken away when I refused to put up with their nonsense. They expect me, as soon as I have a salary, to teach every possible hour of every day for that! They wanted me to travel and to do extra work on my own time. They will stab you in the back if you don't play their byzantine political games. Then you find yourself with 10 hours a week and a measly wage instead of a full salary. The company is in a mess. They never have enough markers or tables or chairs. Other teachers leave messes in the desks and I have to clean it upon my arrival. The children run wild and are screaming and talking to each other at all times, and the management does naught to help them!
