Cons
1) Lacking integrity- discrimination, favoritism, nepotism, and sexism are all in play here
2) Poor Leadership- micromanagement, lack of direction/no strategy, lacking of experience, and no concern for others in company. It’s surprising to see such poor leadership in a company. Prior CEO, CBO, and CIO after acquisition, weren’t qualified. They are the primary reasons for the majority of the cons on this list.
3) Lack of communication
4) Lack of trust at all levels
5) No career growth

8) No energy
9) Lacking of consulting services intelligence
10) The culture is off the charts bad
11) There were some good leaders in the past but they were fired because they were a threat to new leaders
