Horrendous review / evaluation process to a point it becomes meaningless - Software Engineer Tile Employee Review

* Sub-standard middle management * Lied about fair review. Bogus criticism and no opportunity to make correction before dismissal * Dramatically oversold the position on opportunities * Old boys club mentality where opinions are swayed by gossip. Which is especially damning given how much they toot about being progressive and fair. * Two-faced about how they treat employees. Untrustworthy. * A career black hole made worse by how seemingly good they are. * Agree with some other interviews that they think too highly of themselves without evidence. Easy to do well when you own the market and have no real competition.
