Pros
At the Tim Hortons I am at, we are all like family. You get very close to other employees, joke around with them while on shift together, and actually look forward to seeing them on your days off. Working nightshift you get $10 an hour PLUS $30 - $35 tips each night. If you need money, this job is for you.
Cons
You're on your feet for 8 hour shifts. We only have a 30 minute lunch break in an 8 hour shift, so bumy the time I've eaten, I don't even have time to smoke. 8 hours no cigarettes. At least the break is payed. People don't always show up for their shift or are late so then you have to cover them, which sucks when you're dead tired and your feet hurt. Working nightshift, no one is there to replace you if you are sick, so you basically can't get sick, or have to risk losing your job.
