Pros
Good offices. Nice knowledgeable people. Relaxed approach. I cannot say how happy I was to work at Time Inc. Also they believed in me and in my skills and I was rewarded for it. There was a lot of work to do in my department but it didn't feel like stressful or disorganised at all. All was in order.
Cons
I wasn't there long enough to find any cons! I can't comment on the top management, but the day to day routine was well organised. The daily pay rate wasn't that high, compare to other companies.
