Pros
~Pay is higher than I was expecting by far as a base wage. ~Excellent online training. ~Very intuitive computer system. ~Uniform process makes transitions easy if you transfer. ~Laid back, casual sales pitches which emphasize the importance of repair, but does not make the customer feel as though they should be deathly afraid of driving.
Cons
~Hours can wildly vary day to day (this may not be accurate for different areas who may be more stable) ~Very heavy phony "teammate" mentality from management ~Just like any other business, upper management expects a store to perform, ITS A BUSINESS NOT A CHARITY
