Decisions are not made transparently, and power is held within the top few players
Engineering / Prod top Management, without much deliberation nor consultation, make hasty decisions, which we do not understand.
Two-way communication and feedback is heavily discourage, resulting in fear of giving management suggestions and ideas. There has been a few colleagues who have tried pushing for organization change and improvements, but was quickly terminated - it is very unfortunate.
Management is trying hard and studying Kim Scott's Radical Candor, but power still lies with the few people, and not "from the truth"
